Novotel Bogor Golf Resort

The staff were very excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I told them my son was having his birthday, and we got a cake-like towel arrangement with happy birthday written in paper, I thought that was it, turned out later in the evening they came to the room bringing cake with candles and sang to my son. He was very happy. We had dinner in the Italian resto, we asked for non spicy pizza (they confirmed that they won't put jalapenos on it), and still got a bit of jalapenos inside. They offer us an extra meal to compensate that, I asked a menu form the Indonesian resto instead, and they allowed it. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The kids zone were the highlights for my sons. The staff gave them some extra rounds. Tips: choose the room without bathtub (they're newly renovated). Children under 16 can have get breakfast with no addtl charge, and the sofa can be slept on (altho not that comfy, but you can ask for extra sheet and blanket).

The resort was absolutely beautiful, a lovely place to relax if you were not actually out sightseeing - no need to play golf! the food in the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were amazing.

We had pleasant stay in Novotel Bogor. I booked for 2 rooms to celebrate my Grandma’s birthday. All the staff were very friendly and helpful during we stayed. The rooms also was clean, comfortable bed, and nice lighting. I love all the ambience in this resort. Also the FnB was amazing. I like to chill out in Mahoni Bar. Definitely would come back again! ✨
